Your ROle:

You will act as HR professional who has a comprehensive understanding of and expertise in how the HR function makes the company successful. You will also work closely with business leaders and line managers with advice how to build their people capability, plan, manage potential talents and develop their approaches in order to achieve common organizational goals and needs.
Finally you will design and support operational processes along the HR lifecycle in order to help the business grow.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
  • Coordination and alignment of HR work of assigned production sites
  • Promotion of the RAUCH culture and values
  • Support the employees and their line managers (e.g. staff meetings, workshops, legal cases etc.)
  • Conception, organization and implementation of personnel development measures in cooperation with the Group
  • Management of training plans and maintenance of the internal training platform
  • Management of career- and succession planning
  • Management of internal and external communication channels and employer branding (intranet, social media, analysis of HR market trends, analysis of local labor market etc.)
  • Measuring performance of HR metrics (e.g. absence, overtime, turnover)
  • Conducting exit interviews, collecting data and assisting in the development of retention programs
  • Participation in cross-border HR initiatives within the Group

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, management or social studies
  • +5 years of Human Resources experience preferred in manufacturing company
  • Advanced communication in English and fluent in Polish (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple Human Resources related projects in a changing corporate environment
  • High customer orientation, commitment, flexibility, and open-mindedness
  • Well versed with local HR practice, labor law, and related regulations
  • Strong attention to details, listening skills, analytical and proactive solutioning is essential
  • Driving license cat. B
